For those familiar with electronic cigarettes, have most likely heard of “Green Smoke”, but for those who haven’t, They are one of the popular e-cig brands out there in the market. I decided to do a quick review on them to give you a general idea about their products.

Before I dive into this though, I want to be strait forward with you and say that I’ve never tried their e-cigarettes in the past and that this review is based on extensive research I’ve done in the past several days. (just want to clarify this)

Green Smoke has been around since 2008. Their e-cigarettes are built with quality and they also have the same look that a traditional cigarette would have. (in terms of size and color)

Ratings (Based on online research)

So far, I have read 13 feedbacks on Green Smoke and 3 out of the 13 have been negative feedbacks. All three were aiming toward their prices and not the product itself.

The positive feedbacks were overall satisfaction with the product. Mainly pointing at the fact that the unit is cartomized and vapor output is exceptional. I will continue doing some more research on ratings and will be posting future updates.

So You Got Your New Electronic Cigarette-What Now?

So your new e-cig or electronic cigarette arrived in the mail and your asking yourself “what the heck do I do now?”

The first thing one should consider is to NOT tear the package open. I know some of us tend to be a bit anxious when receiving a package that  may have seem to take weeks to arrive. I admit, when I got first e-cig in the mail, I went on a rampage! Okay, I’m exaggerating, but I must say that the package was shredded by the time I got my hands on my e-cig.

Anyway, keeping the package in tack would be beneficial for future storage. I guarantee It will not be your first and last electric cigarette, especially if you become a regular user.

After opening the box, first be sure to charge the battery. Some come a bit charged up, but you will not get a good amount of vapor or throat hit unless the battery is fully charged. Follow  the instructions in the manual for proper charging time etc.

Okay! Now the unit is fully charged and your are ready to vape away. Now you will need to screw the battery to the atomizer and insert a new cartridge. The cartridge is what hold the e-liquid, which is what creates the vapor. The atomizer has a steel wick inside and it is what heats up the e-liquid. Now, for your information, these atomizers do not last for ever, especially when abused by overheating due to chain smoking.

This is why SOME e-cigs come with an automatic battery that cuts off every 3 seconds or so, to prevent the atomizer from overheating causing permanent damage. One  particular model is the “Blu Cig” from the popular Blu electronic cigarette brand.

Time to take your first drag

The time has come to finally take your first drag. Before doing so, It would not be a bad idea to take a deep breath, exhale and relax a bit. Hold the e-cig like you would with a normal cigarette and take your first puff nice and slow.

Now, after exhaling, wait a minute or so before taking the next drag. You don’t have to do this, but being that it’s your first time, you should want to take it easy. That’s it! I hope you enjoy it.  Remember, take it easy the first couple of days. As long as you’re using nicotine based e-liquid, you will most likely no longer need tobacco any more.

You may switch to 0 mg  nicotine later in the future if you like. Personally, I prefer at least 12 mg of nicotine for what ever flavor I vape. After all, It’s not the nicotine that causes harm to our bodies,  Its all from the chemicals and toxins tobacco cigarettes contain.

Electronic Cigarette-Three Months With Out Tobacco Cigarettes

Today makes three months since I last had a stinky cigarette. I must say that I feel better and I can finally sleep at night. Thanks to my electronic cigarette! I love waking up in the morning and having a cup of coffee while vaping away. All while laying in bed too. I gotta say, It is so convenient for me not having to go outside to freeze my but off just to satisfy my nicotine craving.

To top it off, having to rinse with mouth wash and wash my hands after I’m done. Yes, I did it every time I smoked while being home so that my wife and kid wouldn’t noticed. I was so sick and tired of hiding my smoking habit until I found my best friend (life savor) electric cigarette. Ever since I started e-cigs, I still remain quite about it. Why? I really don’t know. I rather keep it to my self.

The good thing is, that at least I’m able to puff on this thing where ever I please, sometimes within 10 feet from anyone. I usually do all of my vaping in my office while working and don’t have to worry about any bad odors that an analog cigarette would leave lingering around. I must say its kind of funny! I’m sure I will end up bringing it up one day, though. of course, when the right moment comes, maybe I’ll get my spouse drunk one night and have her try it! Just kidding…

First I would like to say that you are making a life changing decision by quiting smoking. As we all know, smoking is harmful for our health and the repercussions can be life threatening.
